Service Provider Meal
Your wedding day is an extraordinary celebration, and ensuring that you and your guests have an exceptional experience is my top priority. To maintain seamless service throughout the day, I would like to share some important details about meal arrangements.
To ensure I'm able to work at my best, I kindly request a meal for myself and my second photographer (if included in your package) during dinnertime.
For smooth service and to remain ready to capture all the special moments, I request to be served promptly at the start of dinner. This allows me to enjoy my meal while guests are dining, ensuring I’m available to document toasts, dances, and other key moments without delay.
In cases where vendors are served at the end of the meal, I would greatly appreciate it if you could coordinate with your caterer to ensure my second photographer and I are served alongside the guests. If you're having a buffet-style dinner, I'm more than happy to navigate it myself to meet my needs.

Travel & Accommodation Arrangements
For weddings within a 60KM radius of Sea Point, travel is included in all packages. However, for locations beyond this distance, fuel and accommodation may be applicable, depending on your selected package.
For international destinations, we will provide a bespoke quote that encompasses all travel and accommodation details, ensuring you can focus on the excitement of your day without any concerns.
My goal is to ensure that your wedding photography experience is nothing short of effortless and exquisite, no matter the destination.

"I understand that sometimes wedding plans need to adjust. That's why I offer a penalty-free first date change up to 1 year from your original date. If a second change is needed, there will be a 20% price increase on the final invoice. Please note, the non-refundable booking fee secures my commitment to your date.
The deposit is non refundable as this helps to protect my business due to turning away all other booking for your wedding date.

For your final package delivery, expect to receive your beautiful wedding images within 12 weeks. Your images are carefully edited during this time to ensure perfection. Your patience allows me to craft each image with care and attention to detail.

The simple answer is no.
However, I can definitely take care of minor blemishes like pimples. I'll also smooth over any skin imperfections. After all, nobody wants to see blemishes on their face in their photos.
But that's the extent of my retouching. If you need more extensive work, I can provide details for a professional retoucher who can assist you further.

I own the copyright to all content captured by me and my team. If you're interested in obtaining the rights to the images, just send me an email, and I'll provide you with the cost for the copyright.

I only specialize in photography, but I have a list of fantastic videographers whose work is incredible and who are a joy to collaborate with! Additionally, I have a roster of preferred service providers. Feel free to shoot me an email if you'd like some recommendations.

Generally I say no because I believe the magic happens with the editing.

I require a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your wedding date in my calendar, with the remaining payment due one month before the wedding date.

Heaven forbid, but in the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances such as acts of God, illness, or other emergencies, I'll do everything in my power to find a trusted replacement photographer with a similar style. While I'm not legally obligated to do so, if I'm unable to attend your wedding, your money will be refunded
