SERVICE PROVIDER MEAL
Ensuring that you and your guests have an amazing wedding experience is my top priority. To help me provide the best possible service, I wanted to share some important details about meals during the event.
I do require a meal for myself and my second shooter during dinnertime. Additionally, I have a severe gluten intolerance, so it's essential that any meals provided accommodate this dietary restriction.
To ensure that I can eat promptly and be available for any toasts or dances that may occur during or after dinner, it's ideal for me to be served as soon as dinner begins. This allows me to enjoy my meal while guests are eating and be ready to capture all the special moments without delay.
In some cases, caterers may serve vendors at the end of the meal. If this is the case, I kindly ask that you speak with your caterer to ensure that I'm included with the guests. Alternatively, if you have a buffet-style dinner, I'm more than happy to navigate it myself to accommodate my needs.
Thank you for understanding and for making these arrangements to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone involved in your special day.
TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION
Planning a destination wedding is an exciting adventure, and I'm here to support you every step of the way. When it comes to your special day, my priority is to ensure that you have the peace of mind to enjoy every moment without any added stress.
For weddings held outside of your local area, travel and accommodation expenses are part of the consideration. This includes flights for international travel. However, I'm dedicated to finding the most cost-effective options available to suit your needs.
When planning international weddings, it's typical to arrange between 3-5 nights of paid accommodation. This ensures that I can fully immerse myself in capturing the essence of your celebration. My aim is to make your wedding photography experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible, regardless of the destination.

I absolutely do! No matter how you identify and regardless of how you define your relationship, I’d love to be a part of your wedding day. Love is love and I’m 100% here for it!

I understand that your wedding date might change due to unforeseen circumstances. Therefor I don't charge a penalty free for the first date change up to 1 year from your original date. Should your date change for the second time, a 20% price increase will be added on the final invoice. Should I not have your new date available, you will forfeit the non-refund- able booking fee.
The deposit is non refundable as this helps to protect my business due to turning away all other booking for your wedding date.

In terms of your final package delivery, this takes up to 12 weeks to deliver your lovely wedding images.
As they go into the edit line.
Being patient with your edits allows me the time to edit every image perfectly.

The short answer is no.
But with that said, if there are small blemishes (pimples etc) of course I can remove that. I will also smooth over skin that may be quite blemished. Because lets be honest, no one wants to get their photos back and see blemishes all over their face.
However that is about as far as I go with retouching. If you want more done I can pop you details for a professional retoucher who could help you with more advanced work.

I own the copy right to all content shot by me and my team. If you want the rights to the images pop me an email and I’ll let you know what the cost is for the copy right to the images.

I only shoot stills(photography) however I have a list of amazing videographers who’s work is amaingg and who are just the best to work with!
I also have a list of preferred service providers, shoot me a mail if you want some suggestions. -
ABSOLUTELY! I Share my Wedding Guide with all my couples and I provide a wedding day timeline which I get as involved as you need me to be.
Just let me know what you need help with and I am there! :)

Generally I say no because I believe the magic happens with the editing.
However you can buy the copyright to the images at an additional cost. Let me know if you are thinking about this and we can chat through your options.

I require a 50% non-refundable booking fee in order to secure your wedding date in my calendar, with the remainder of the payment due 1 month in advance of the wedding date.

Heaven forbids this happens, as it would only happen if it were out of my control (act of god, illness, death, etc) but in this case I would do my best to help find a replacement photographer to take my place that I trust with a similar style, although I’m not legally held to do so. If I can’t make it to your wedding your money will be refunded.
